Course Delivery > Learning path

On registering for the NCDEX Commodity Certification Course, the learner would be provided with two text books as well as a login ID and password for the e-learning module. The login ID and password for the e-learning module would be valid for a period of 60 days. To extend this validity, the learner would have to re-register at a cost of Rs. 300. There is no limit to the number of times a learner can re-register.

The course is designed in a manner that would require a thorough reading of the two textbooks and at least 15 concentrated hours of e-learning. The learner would initially have online access to only the first 5 modules (i.e. Introductory segment - Introduction to Commodity Derivatives). He/she would then be expected to take a test on this segment. This test would consist of 30 questions selected randomly from the question bank. The learner would require a minimum score of 40% to obtain online access to the next 9 modules (i.e. Applied segment - Commodity Price Analysis and Exchange Trading Strategies) of the Certification Course. Passing in this test would also be a pre-requisite for appearing in the final examination. On completion of both segments , the learner would be able to download a sample test on the same lines as the final examination (covering both Parts 1 and 2) to help him/her determine if he/she is ready to take the final examination.

On completion of the study programme for the course, the learner would be able to appear for the final examination at any ATTEST centre. The learner shall be able to register with ATTEST, subject to the availability of suitable dates and time slots.
